400 MHz 89 mm NMR Magnet

400 MHz 89 mm NMR Magnet

The 9.4 tesla Bruker Ascend wide bore magnet at the MagLab’ s Tallahassee headquarters.

Features various MAS / static NMR probes for solid-state NMR spectroscopy and paired with a 3-channel Bruker Avance III HD console.

The system is equipped with various magic angle spinning (MAS) and static NMR probes capable of spinning samples up to 111kHz. (0.7 mm)

The system is well suited for MAS NMR on selectively labeled biological molecules, such as synthetic peptides and battery components.
